I have called customer service three times with a complaint about the vendor that installed my flooring. Today, my fourth call, I got a complaint #36569. The customer service specialist left me a message om Monday, after saying my first name wrong he told me looks like the installer had not been contacted . He clearly did not read the notes from the pervious three phone calls. I have left two messages for my Customer Service Erick and he has not called me back. The vendor sent a man who speaks no English and I had to tell him where he should look. I had a contractor look at the floor because it has taken so long for assistance and it is unsafe to walk in my family room. And, my house is up for sale..which I have told everyone.. Please help me with this issue. Thank you, Annette Harvey
