I have called your company 3 times.Currently on hold 12 minutes after speaking with a rep.I need a simply credit for a gift card never received for a Christmas Gift.First time I called I didn't take the ref # down so of course they had no record of me callin. I called on January 10th to find out about the credit 10 days I was given for it to hit my account.Still no credit still on hold 15 minutes Please contact me via email Hung up after 20 minutes after asking to speak with a manager Thanks Hayley
