I have called your 'Team' twice but have not heard from them.
Approximately three years ago, I purchased a washer, dryer, freezer, riding lawnmower, power washer, and 2 refrigerators from Sears. I have had problems with both refrigerators, the power washer, and my freezer is waiting for its SECOND compressor replacement. One of the refrigerators started making a loud thunking noise and stopped cooling. Several service calls later, it was determined that it could not be repaired, and the refrigerator was replaced. Approximately 9 months later, the new refrigerator stopped cooling. Again, it was determined it could not be repaired. I decided to trade in for an upgrade since I could see no benefit in replacing with the same refrigerator. I worked with Customer Solutions for several weeks and paid many hundreds of dollars to upgrade. The new refrigerator was delivered in Aug 2015. On Aug 13, 2016, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Sears cannot find any record of when the refrigerator was delivered. I have an email from Executive Support stating that the refrigerator would be delivered on Aug 19, 2015. However, since Sears cannot find their records, they refuse to repair it under warranty. I have been hung up on, transferred, retransferred, and generally provided no support by Sears. The person in Executive Support is no longer with Sears. Her name was Jamie White, although I worked with Tamara at first. I do not know who else to contact. I am disgusted by the support I have received (not). Today I had an independent repair person out to look at the refrigerator. He thinks it might be the main board. Over $480 just in parts - for a refrigerator that is just one year old. So, where to go from here? Is there anyone at Sears who can resolve this and get my refrigerator running again?
