I have contacted aetna customer service, and the corporate phone number given to me by customer service to get a referral back-dated if I can i have been transferred to incorrect places I expressed my frustration and was transferred to the feedback survey 3 times I did leave one survey. I called back and Sarah at the corporate number transfers me to someone who was not a supervisor that i requested who only asked my name and then stated she could not back date the referral. I do not like to contact the CEO directly I know the channels I need to go through but i did not get a manager when requested or i got hung up on. Dr. Amita's Office Lifeline Internal medicine.
