I have contacted DTE three times in the last three days trying to find out when my down wires will be removed off of my driveway and back on the house and pole. We do have electricity - however, I have 5 small Yorkshire Terriers who cannot go in the backyard nor can I get into my garage. I truly understand that Florida is a priority and your employees are assisting with helping them. The message concerning my inquiry has not changed since it was reported. A large limb fell off of our large Oak Tree in our backyard and took down the wires. Hopefully, we will hear soon as to when our lines will be safe again.
