I have contacted your company regarding ALL of my appliance that I bought a week before Thanksgiving three years ago from the local Lowes near by. All four of our appliances have cease to function properly, and when the microwave stopped working correctly, needless to say, that was the straw that broke the camels back. I am extremely disappointed that no effort has been made to replace my appliance. I am retired and on a limited income and I bought these products first and for most because they say American made. If that is the case, then please stand behind your products and be proud of what you build. My husband is on disability and very limited income (723.00) a month to be exact. No extra income to replace these appliances all at one time. Refrigerator icemaker went out about 14 months after purchase, dishwasher heating element went out earlier this year, oven does not self clean after one year, now the microwave will not heat. WE DO NOT have the money to have maintenance men come to our home just to tell us what the problem could be then to pay for parts and labor to have it repaired,, I imagine it would be more reasonable to purchase new ones, which we cannot do at this time. Your company basically told me not their problem when man made products do not continue to function. shame on your company. I am not a looking for a hand out, but, when I spend $3000.00 in appliance I expect them to last and perform more then one to three years. I am a retired nurse of 33 years, I have integrity and I expect integrity from others. your company does not show the kind of integrity I will ever purchase from again. When you live on a fixed income these things can not be easily purchase again, especially all at same time as the was when I was working. These appliance was purchase for our newly built one bedroom house, since this time my husband had to go on disability due to bypass surgery, and has recently been diagnosed with abdominal aneurysm, kidney mass, and spinal stenosis. All I ask is you stand behind your appliance. that is what is wrong with America today, you cannot take most people for their word. I suggest you take America made off your appliance if your going to sale products made like they were made in China. Sincerely, Brenda
