I have decided that as I am getting nowhere with Insinkerator or the people they send F.A Saunders Son, I would speak to the man who runs the firm. We had a hot and cold tap put in our new sink when we re-did our kitchen. That was eighteen months ago. Since then we have called the engineer back three/four times for a dripping tap. He has relunctantly changed the tap each time, On 27th September 16, he came again a dripping tap, put in a new tank this time and said that would be the last time they would do this under warranty even though each time he agreed it was a fault on the equipment. I am loathed to go through the whole process with this rather grumpy man. Please can you suggest what we do. To be honest I would rather scrap the insinkerator tap and buy from a different firm but for the fact that it would cost a lot of money and we are pensioners. The new kitchen was after 35 years of our old one. Please do help us. If not you who! My telephone number is whatever the code for England plus I think you leave the off when using the English code.
