I have decided to close my bank account with NatWest. First you close our branch on Hayling Island. You send a mobile unit once or twice a week outside Hayling Hardware. Most times what I need to do cannot be done, for example, set up a standing order and also things I ask to be done I find are not when I double check in the Havant branch. Now you are automating my nearest branch in Havant. I want people behind the counter serving me. I do not want to use machines when I go into a bank and I do not want online banking. You really are not listening to your customers.
