I have enjoyed SiriusXM in my truck but in two years, it still doesn't have 10,000 miles on it. So as my contract was expiring I called customer service to see about getting it on the Internet. Well, that ended with me cackling my subscription all together. I am exhausted dealing with the reps who put you on hold and never come back, transfer you to another rep, don't know pricing....should I go on? I'don't like to say it was one person but it's 6 people over two days a month apart. Please improve the knowledge base of the folks answering the phone. They really work at making you go away!
