I have experienced horrible inflation of rates, transactions, horrible customer experience everything at the hands of 5/3th Bank. I find it amazing that your balance can be $122 in September and then $270 in October, but youve spent approximately $40 on your credit card. This is abysmal and Im almost sure fraudulent activity. I dont know if I need to contact the Attorney General, SEC, FDIC or FTC but 5/3rd certainly has some illegal activity going on and Im going to make sure you all are held responsible for false and discriminatory practices.
