I have got my car service done from Sear Auto Services, Redmond WA – Edward Lampert email address

Neeraj sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:

I have got my car service done from Sear Auto Services, Redmond WA, around 3 weeks back (05/15/16). The same day my car start emitting dense smoke, just few hours after I picked up the car from service. I took it back to Sears Auto Center and they said it was a mistake from service engineer and some liquid was dropped on engine, resulting in emitting smoke.
In last week, there was severe noise from front wheels and the problem was diagnosed as break pads were completely worn out. In the service report from Sears, it was confirmed to be fine and in just 4 weeks the break pads started rubbing against rotor. As a result of this, I had to get the rotors, also replaced apart from break pads and calipers.
It is evident that Sears auto service professional did a poor job (or no job) in looking at the break conditions and simply marked it good in the report. This costed me $1500 because of all the extra cost incurred, and not to mention the risk that I and my family were at because of a completely worn off break pads.

I would like Sears management to look at this issue seriously as I am personally very disappointed and felt cheated (waste of my time and money to go all the way to Sears to get my car service), risked mine and my family because of poor workmanship, and have to pay lot more money to get the problem fixed.
