Misty sent a message to Mr. Gabriel Tirador, President of Mercury General Corporation- email address that said:
I have had a claim for a Grand Theft Auto on my Maserati from November 22 2016. Mercury has not made a decision on my claim My Maserati was in pristine condition prior to the theft and have a police report to back it up. I just want my Maserati fixed prior to the theft and returned to me the way I left it locked in my driveway I've been with Mercury for many many years, not one claim in my adult life, kept my insurance payments early and my accounts current and great standing. As a CEO I feel Like I have know where else to turn...I have a Mercury (Gabriel) supervisor who doesn't know what the the entire problem is, he should know as his direct reports and their cases are his job to know. I take alot of pride in my car and so disappointed that my Maserati is not fixed and back in my driveway after 60 days without a decision.Please as a CEO you can help me.
