Gail sent a message to Laura J. Alber Director, President, and CEO, Williams-Sonoma – email address that said:

I have had a four month terrible experience with your store. I have been charged multiple times on furniture not received. I have over 30 phone called and multiple emails trying to fix the solution with no avail. In addition, I received damaged furniture and finally gave up trying to get the chair replaced- deep into again over 20 phone calls. The chairs were picked up last month yet your store did not refund me. I now have over $6509 owed yet pottery barn ignores this fact.
I would like your help. I have all the documentation to support my facts. I have no furniture from pottery barn yet your store has kept my money.
Please respond ASAP.
