I have had a terrible time dealing with 1-800-Flowers. I was overcharged by 28$ on – James McCann email address

Andrea sent a message to James McCann – CEO, 1-800-FLOWERS – Email Address that said:

I have had a terrible time dealing with 1-800-Flowers. I was overcharged by 28$ on my order and have spent over 2 hours trying to get a refund from your call center. Nobody will help me. The issue arose from me finding the 1800-flowers.com website, selecting Canada from the drop down menu and completing my order. When I checked my credit card statement, my $82.98 order was charged a whopping$110.32 CDN ( I asked some of your agents, how they would feel if this happened and they were unempathetic) . This is extremely deceptive, crooked and wrong. Every other website will redirect to the proper Canadian domain if there is one or will tell you the exchange. There was no reference to currency when completing my order and I had no idea there was a Canadian site. I will be telling every person that will listen not to purchase flowers from your company because of the hassle and lack of customer service I have experienced.
