I have had an extremely hard time communicating with century link and have dealt with nothing but rude people over the phone and through chat. I have had poor poor service and been way overcharged and I am tired of going through all of the details over an over again to try and get someone courteous enough to listen and try to help me with a resolve. I want to cancel my account and want a zero balance and you wont have to worry about me ever trying to get service again. I have only had this service since June of this year and am so disappointed. I work with people every day and wouldnt think of speaking to people in the manner in which they do. The people that are on the chats are useless and I have one in my email that leaves a lot to be desired.
