I have had an on going issue with my account, where I’m being over billed – Brian Roberts email address

Kimberly sent a message to Brian L. Roberts Chairman and CEO, Comcast Corporation – email address that said:

I have had an on going issue with my account, where I'm being over billed by $10 a month for over two years for a modem rental fee. The thing is that my husband bought our cable modem on Amazon and we have never had a Comcast supplied modem. We've spoken to agents several times on the phone, verifying the MAC address of the Zoom modem we use, which is unique to the device, and confirmed that it is NOT a Comcast modem. I'm at my wits end here, is there any way you can help?
