I have had brighthouse/spectrum services for years...we just had a devastating hurricane and we are recovering from lost of work and other things...I called to get my bill put off just for a couple days since we are playing catch up after this disaster and I got treated like a victim no sympathy at all...I have always called in if I was going to be late or made a payment arrangement and never once had a problem until now....my husband is still out of work and cant wven access the Internet ....we pay 200 a month just to have these luxuries and I am very disappointed in the treatment I got this time....you might be losing some valuable customers because of this...Im not upset because I was shut off Im upset because someone treated me the way they did...couldnt wait just a couple days until payday....thats not right and customers shouldnt be treated that way....
