Craig sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. – email address that said:
I have had my psn account hacked and have had my account blocked while it gets investigated. I have phoned your support 3 times, emailed twice and gone through twitter. This happened over 2 weeks ago and I am no closer to getting a resolution or back on my psn account. I cant find any other way to get answers so I am contacting you to see if you can help.
