My problem with your Samsung phone S5 model SM-G900H, just seems to get worse and I think after getting burnt you should authorize for a replacement phone. What happened is the phone has been heating up badly, I read on the net that it was the battery and needed to replace, I did that yesterday and again today, when I keep it in my top pocket it heated up and burnt me.
I also notice that the charge does not hold and in 3 hours its flat , with a new battery, something is critically wrong.
The Samsung agent in Johannesburg is not in the place where I was given the address.
Please advise very urgently what can be done to assist me?
