I have had so many problems with my acct over the years and have had to spend countless hours oh the phone with customer service fixing things that I never authorized. Now it has happened again and I am beyond fed up. I made a payment online and they processed the payment twice now I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back that is unacceptable I am filing a complaint with the better business Bureau and I watched released from my contract I've had enough
