I have had the MOST awful experience with a laptop order. Dealing with order – Meg Whitman email address

Joanne sent a message to Meg Whitman President and CEO, Hewlett-Packard Company – email address that said:

I have had the MOST awful experience with a laptop order. Dealing with order  has been the most frustrating experience of my life...order received, then processed then DECLINED "Nj is a state with high fraud activity" "your credit card was denied" were two of the implausible explanations I was given. Then magically, after spending 4 hours on the phone, the order was "magically" processed...then a shipping delay, more phone calls, more implausible excuses (I never got the same explanation twice...always a different excuse) was promised delivery on thursday, Dec. 22 between 10 and 11 am...magically, a delivery attempt was made on wednesday, dec. 21...no one was home (no kidding....your company told me thursday!) i have spent more than 15 hours and more e-mails than I care to count for this laptop. Ids this the way all customers in NJ are treated......and Happy holidays to you, too!!!!!
