Derek sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
I have just spent about 30 minutes trying to correct an error made by Ryanair in recording my Grandson's Date of Birth on Booking Reference BWM92G. THe error was that Ryanair had pre-loaded my Grandson's DOB as 09:12; 2016 instead of 2015. ( Had his DOB been that recorded by Ryanair he would not be born yet !!!!) I spoke with Andreaas and then Anita H( twice) and have retained details of your agents conversations which quite frankly were appalling and totally lacked any element of customer focus. I was told first of ally to use Google Chrome although I was already on Ryanair's Official site and had entered documentation for 4 other passengers without issue. I was then told to re-enter all the details and was then asked for the third time my Booking Reference, home telephone number, address and email address !!!! I have been a fairly regular customer with Ryanair over several years and to be honest, have never had cause for complaint. Today has been frankly awful and merits your personal attention. I have another flight booked on Ref. No. GWLXZ and fear that I may experience the same problem when I check in to this flight on the 12th September 2016 . The amount of time and inconvenience I have lost trying to get a simple Ryanair error resolved is mind blowingly stupid and I expext you to somehow compensate me for this. For your convenience I am quite happy for you to reply via this medium.
Yours sincerely
Mr Derek
