I have made a purchase online and was given an email conformation twice and my order was canceled twice. After 2 weeks of reordering, confirmations and phone calls I am told the item is no longer available. Well the item is still on Macys website for $200.00 and I ordered it for $67.99. I really do not understand how your company can keep me hanging on that long knowing they would never sell me the item for that price or even still advertise the product. I was really hoping you could help me receive the item your company agreed to sell me twice. I know I am just some little person to you but all of us little people do support your company.
