I have not been able to print William recipes
for some time now. It is not my computer/printer fault, as I can print from all other sources. I have a feeling there is problem on William's end . Could you see that your IT department looks into this problem. My complaints to the phone staff have gone on deaf ears. I had no trouble for years in printing your recipes .
