i have one of your hoods for over the drop in stove, it has been sent 2 times damaged both times and one time wrong part. 6 or 7 phone calls later i am still waiting for the part, calling service does nothing except ask for the same info every time, and told it will be in on the 21st of October now told the 28th of October. I will never buy another whirlpool product ever again
