I have purchased a 2009 Cadillac Escalade from your Denver dealership. I was told it – Michael J Jackson email address

Michele DeHerrera sent a message to Michael J. Jackson - Chief Executive Officer of AutoNation Inc. - Email Address that said:

I have purchased a 2009 Cadillac Escalade from your Denver dealership. I was told it had a inspection. During the test drive I noticed some issues with possable alignment or suspension. I was told they would do another inspection. This was completed. I then was told they would correct all issues. I came back to Wyoming and later found out it was missing the whole suspension system, a leak in the engine, and two hub caps were missing. They delivered it to Wyoming. The suspension parts they put in the vehicle were from a 2007 Cadillac and I purchased a 2009. One hub cap fell off before the delivery. The hub caps on the right of the vehicle did not match the hub caps on the left side. This doesnt seem ethical and seems criminal. I have not been able to get through by phone for three days. Today I was able to get through to service. I was told the GM was gone. I am told I would receive a call back. Today is my last day of my five days. I would appreciate a response.

I am a grandmother, raising five grandchildren. I trusted your dealership.
