I have purchased a new Terrano Petrol version 16.10.2016 vide The full payment for the same was made by cheque drawn on Canara Bank ,
This is in continuation of my earlier mail sent to all official in Nissan India, stating the pathetic state of my new Terrano petrol bought two months back from Treo Nissan, Safdurjung Enclave , New Delhi. As eleven days have passed and the problem is not yet resolved . I as a customer feel completely cheated and somehow feel that this insensitivity is due to the fact that the car is registered in the name of a lady. No one either from the company or from the dealer have done anything to support the customer and she feels mentally harassed.
Now I feel that despite paying a handsome amount as big as Rs 11 Lakhs I am running from pillar to post for my car. I cannot accept the car as it has turned out to be a defective piece and like a patient i will have to carry the workshop papers wherever I take that car so it would be very kind on your part if you would refund my money as early as possible.
