Donni sent a message to Thomas J. Folliard – President and Chief Executive Officer of CarMax, Inc. – Email Address that said:
I have purchased around 6 cars for your business. I have been loyal and havent had any issues until now.
I did the research and had a car transferred to your Fresno location. Through normal protocol I was asked for an email address and phone number for the order. Your system sent all notifications to my ex-wife's email instead of my own that was verified during the order.
Bottom line is that I transferred a call to the Fresno location and inquired about getting it changed to another location instead. Since that time I received one phone call about a context person for another location and never received a bother call from there and the car was given up to another person. Again no email notifications about the whole order because it was being sent to the wrong person.
The sales manager wants me to wait for a call back from the GM and will not give me the info for anyone above that person.
I am dealing with the impact of a system error and ad communication. The sales manager I'm dealing with is being defensive and seems to be looking for any opportunity to place blame on me by saying things like "you should have known there ismam72mhour hold on the car upon delivery"
