I have raised complaint about the dealer with Renault India on 19th Aug 2016 and – Carlos Ghosn email address

Nikunj sent a message to Carlos Ghosn – Chairman and CEO, Renault – Email Address that said:

I have raised complaint about the dealer with Renault India on 19th Aug 2016 and havent received any resolution. Renault India team isnt really working well on my case. They are only connecting me and the dealer on a conference call instead of doing investigation on my case. Whenever I ask them for updates they only repeat response of dealer given long back. I have already given reason for why dealer response should not be considered. Despite all this Renault India hasn't worked on my case as expected. Often Renault India promises call back from management or concerned person but that gets breached most of the time. I have very less hopes from Renault India. Honestly, I regret purchasing Renault car. My final hope is on parent company. Request you to kindly arrange a call from senior supervisor of Renault France at the earliest to resolve my concern.

My next course of action is going to be filing a legal suit against Renault and dealer. However I hope that my concern gets resolved before that.
