- i signed up in June but you could not honor the Fiber contract due to no capacity
- i had to ask for a work around and you provided ADSL
- you did not offer any credits for the sub-par ADSL service for the 4 months of ADSL.
- i got an sms to call 1688 to cancel the workaround but when i did i was told i could not terminate despite you have records THAT YOU CANNOT HONOR YOUR CONTRACT AND SHOULD HAVE AUTO-DELETED THE ADSL SERVICE.
