Charles sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:
I have recently discovered that you now charge $5 to pay your bill on-line and $3 for auto bill pay. This is BAD NEWS! I can't believe you would actually charge someone to pay their bill. I think this might be a public relations nightmare! I have been a customer of Qwest/CenturyLink since I moved to Denver in 2004. I am seriously considering switching for the first time.
