I have returned to Sprint, after being with Verizon for almost 2 years. I was – Marcelo Claure email address

I have returned to Sprint, after being with Verizon for almost 2 years. I was with Sprint before for many years. So, I was promised when I called from Antonio, I would get a $200 phone credit, and $100 port credit when I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S5. Wrong at the store in Palm Harbor I only got $90.00! They did not tell me this would be deducted from my early termination fee from Verizon which was $202.08. I waited over 3 months to receive $112.00 for my gift card. I called, went to the store to have it reuploaded, did the paper work myself, and had to do a 3 way conversation to finally get this resolved. I am so turned off by sprint, and may go to another cell phone carrier, unless you are able to do something for me. Thank you, Sandra
