I have send numerous emails to your customer service company and even one to your – Michael OLeary email address

Linda Pryor sent a message to Michael OLeary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:

I have send numerous emails to your customer service company and even one to your customer service manager over the past month, but no one has had the decency to reply to my complaint. Please can you look into this for me. Below is a copy of my original complaint which I first sent on 01.11.2017. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

On 30.10.17, I went onto your website to book 3 adult flights to Tenerife for Feb 2018.
On the final page, I entered my credit card details but the payment details then went blank were outlined in red saying enter card details again. I tried numerous times and it would not accept any card details at all. I tried using different cards Paypal it still didnt work. I tried a different computer the same message kept coming up. The next day I tried on another computer still could not get through to pay. I even tried booking it through your app and it still wouldnt work! I phoned your customer service they told me that I needed to use Google Chrome, delete the browser history it would then work. I have booked flights before never ever had this problem. I followed their instructions still it didnt work. I phoned them back asked if I could book my flights over the phone, I was told yes, but I would have to pay an admin fee also the flights would be more expensive.
I was so angry I had spent well over 2 hours trying to book the flights to find that it would cost more over the phone. I gave up and have now booked a similar flight with Thomas Cook using the same credit card!!
There are obviously some problems with your website and I find it unbelievable that I was being told to delete cookies/delete history/book it incognito (all of which I tried!) I have never had this problem when booking with Ryanair before, however it has definitely put me off trying to book with you again. After all the recent negative publicity, I would have thought that a simple thing like trying to book online would NOT be a problem. I am also cross that even when I explained my difficulties to the customer service department, they were unable to offer me the same priced flights over the phone.
I am planning a city break in May next year with my elderly mother and explained to her that we would probably need to fly Ryanair to get to the destination that we wanted. She is very dubious about booking with you due to the recent problems with the flight cancellations. Well this has just added to our uncertainty about booking Ryanair when I cant even get through to pay and book online!!
I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
