Donna sent a message to Muktesh Pant- the CEO of KFC (Kentucky fried chicken)-email address that said:
I have sent 3 emails and called customer service once in regards to a bad order I received on May 8/16
and nobody we return my phone call or email. I feel this is very poor customer service and would like to know why I am being ignored.
