I have sent 3 seperate emails- in 4 days-and yet have received not any responses. On Sunday- I went to the store to buy K Cups Bistro Large Boxes- I was told to come back they were not unpacked in the back. So I came back. Same story-come back again. So again I came back- that='s 3 seperate times to obtain these K Cups. Finally told they were in the back- but person that unpacks them won't be in till Monday. So after 3 seperate trips- finally someone told the truth.Couldn't they have told me the first time. Even the cashiers- thought that was a lame excuse. Each trip is approximately 5 miles- so 1 trip 10 miles x 3 trips=30 miles. Gas is $2.36 a gallon- x 30 miles days= $61.00. Then my time 3 hours = $30.00 per hour. So I spent $150.00 in expenditure-and no K Cups. Plus include frustration- emails- more frustration- more e-mails etc..Can't anyone respond- that would have been professional.My e-mail. I work in Law Enforcement for 30 years- so I deal with people daily. But this had to take the cake. If they are in the back- no one except this one individual can unpack and put out these products???? What a crazy way to do business. As a patron I write you-since writing customer service has been entirely futile.Respectfully Mr. Mauer
