I have sent the "help center" request after request to resolve my issue and all I've gotten are automated responses and surveys to rate my satisfaction. So this is my issue in short, $200 was sent to me by a friend and when I attempted to receive it, it had gone from my account. The sender has bank statements to show the withdrawal from her account. I simply want my money and for a human being to contact me to resolve the issue. It is simple. I do not want to take legal or public action, but if forced to so, you can be assured that I will. I am out of the country and my U.S. Number is not in service. I request a response to be made via the email I have provided, immediately!
