I have service provided by Spectrum to 719 S Beach St Daytona Beach Florida 32114 Unit 311B.
A claim was filed by Brighthouse in early January of 2017 against the Estate of my Brother for which I am the administrator. I have been trying since January to get someone within Spectrum to sign off on the claim since the account is in good standing and the claim was resolved in all respects. A form has to be filled out and returned to the Probate court for Volusia County. I have spoken to too many customer service representatives and their supervisors and have not been able to resolve this issue. Your company is preventing me from settling the Estate.
