Karen sent a message to John B. Koch, Chief Executive Officer and President, PODS Enterprises, Inc. – email address that said:
I have struggled with your company's inability to resolve an issue regarding my Pods service. I was told, (finally) by Lyle Wood that Pods would reimburse me for the cost of needing to stay in hotels for a week because my Pods did not arrive on time. I moved from Ct to North Carolina after purchasing a home there. Pods neglected to have my Pods arrive on time . I was forced to stay in a hotel while waiting for my furniture to arrive. The cost of the hotel rooms cost me over $1 000. Lyle Wood said for me to send copies of the bills and that I would be reimbursed. I did all that immediately and now that my credit card is due to be paid for these hotel rooms, Lyle Wood has not answered my Phone Calls ....Please help Mr. Koch. Thank you, Karen
