I have tried for 5 years to settle a dispute with a CITI Mortgage Rep, Marcus Bryant out of Maryland. He is no longer with Citi or his supervisor Gabrielle Patton. Your bank has again posted my house with FC papers. The sale date now is April 2016. I am at my wits end on "someone" helping me!!!!! This man placed me into a hardship when I called in to pay my regular monthly payment and to be transferred to the payoff dept. If you could represent your bank as you say, please contact me ASAP. If you google CITI, you see thousands of horrid stories, just as mine. I will not loose my family home of 35+ years for a mistake your bank made and to top it off, all my loan documents are fraudulent, the lender from Pierce Commercial Bank/Shawn Portmann placed my Refi with you. Bank is shut down and Portmann is in prison for 10-14 yrs. Sonja Lighthouse, also. Her name signed also on my loan papers. I have been contacted by the DFI and the FBI in regards to this issue.
