Don sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks Email Address that said:
I have tried numerous times to get them to fill the ATM with paper so I could review my account balance. After numerous phone calls they could not even determine where the machine was at. It is in the Student center in the Georgia Institute of Technology. But since you do not mark any number on the machine they have a hard time finding it.
So here we go again. They can put money in it but no paper. You might want to figure how many people walk away from the machine angry they cannot get a simple balance. Must be difficult to put the paper in. And must be difficult to put a phone number on the machine to call them direct. Do the small things and the big things handle themselves. Does anyone get it.
