I have tried to reach you using Fidelity Secure Mail.
I need to inform you that Elan Financial, the provider of the Fidelity Visa Card, has a provision where they will not dispute any credit card charges unless they have been made in your home state or within 100 miles of your current mailing address . I had a bad experience at a Daytona Beach Days Inn. The toilet flooded all 3 rooms. I am not eligible for any credit since it was over 100 miles away. In addition, I have no power to dispute any of my Internet purchases from Ebay, Amazon, and Paypal. This is the second time Elan has treated me wrongfully. The last time I received a letter from Fidelity certifying that Elan was worthwhile
