I have tried to send this through your website, but have repeatedly received an error – Julia Stewart email address

Debbie sent a message to Julia Stewart Chairman and CEO, DineEquity, Inc. Email Address that said:

I have tried to send this through your website, but have repeatedly received an error message. On 12-25-15 we were at the Applebees location on I-635 in Mesquite Texas. It was 7:00pm. We only waited a couple of minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy. We waited 8 minutes before a tall, slender, black guy came to ask if someone had taken our drink order. We said no., so he took our drink order. A glass of water and cup of coffee. We NEVER saw him again. Noone in our area was being waited on. Finally the guy in the table across from us stopped the manager and asked if they could get some service. The manager stopped the server passing and asked if this was her table. She said no and he said well it is now, so they take their order. We waited another 10 minutes and go t up to leave. The manager was standing at the hostess stand and my husband told him we were leaving and why. He asked which table we were seated at and my husband told him the empty table with menus and nothing else on the table. No can I move you to another table or what can I do to help. I understand this was a holiday and there obviously were not enough employees working, but this is unacceptable. Maybe the manager should rethink his decision to be open next year. Very disappointed.
