I have tried, unsuccessfully, to get anyone here to bury your internet cable, that connects – Tony Thomas email address

Donald Hill sent a message to Tony Thomas President and Chief Executive Officer of Windstream Communications Email Address that said:

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to get anyone here to bury your internet cable, that connects from my house, across my lawn, and the lawn of my neighbor. This line was connected in September, after the storm "Irma" took it down. The call I made on Jan. 02, 2018 I was promised that someone would be here Jan. 04, 2018. I have heard nothing since. This line will most likely be cut in half when Grass cutting begins. My neighbor is a Commercial Grass cutter, and the line is across his lawn.

I also called on Jan. 16, 2018 and talked to three people. The third person hung up on me(If that call was recorded, I would bet my last dollar, there is no record. I called back and after more than 15 minutes, and being transferred to 4 different people, I was put on hold for another 4 minutes, so I hung up. You have a real people problem. I am 81 years old, and have been a customer service manager for the Button division at the Scovill, Clarkesville, Georgia plant. I can assure you, this is no way to have a successful company.

Please advise when this cable will be buried, and when you can have someone to check my slow internet. The people at the local office in Cornelia, GA., say they can not help me. You can, or you have the authority to have someone get this done.

Regards
Donald Hill

Also the past month, my internet service has been extremely slow. I think this is on purpose top try and get me to upgrade.
