Reggie sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I have tried working with PayPal representative for about a month now and to no avail. My case is very sensitive, I'm from Puerto Rico and i created two accounts second one was because of an error on the first account, I'm from Puerto Rico and PayPal set me up as if i was from Cyprus. So then I create a second account cause i though it was my error and when i did create the second account this time having in mind that i couldn't mess up again I filled everything and this time i'm 100% i filled it up correctly and again it set me up as a Cyprus country while this is happening my costumers are buying from Ebay, and both account where linked so i start getting money from costumers and i had to pay from my own money for costumer items because i didn't had access to the money. I talk with PayPal US representative and all they said to me is that i had to call the PayPal in Europe to see what they can do with this case. I do call the Europe PayPal and all they said is that I'm not from Europe that they can't work with my case. I go back to PayPal US again and they start sending me from representative to representative to no avail. Finally a representative of PayPal understood what really happened with my case and he lift all the limitation I had on the account so i could send the money in the account to my new account that's is already verified, it worked perfectly but two days later PayPal Limited my account again. I then call again PayPal Us and ask them why i can't send money to my account and they told me my account is limited that i need to be verified(when i was already verified* and lifted of limitations*). I did verified myself AGAIN but this time they told me i had to wait up to 180 days, that they can't do anything. Right now(present time) I can't even log in to this account it seems like PayPal closed it but i have about $641 in this account. I'm getting desperate and mad at the service I'm getting i have been very patient with the process but I'm not seeing any improvements. All i need is to send the money from this account to the account that is already verified and working correctly.
