I have used PackRat on numerous occasions without issue. I decided to use PODS for my latest moving /storage needs have regretted that decision from day 1. The first POD delivered was wet inside. The delivery driver said it was a water stain, and I shouldn't worry about it. I knew better, so I waited for the next rain before packing . Sure enough, the POD was leaking. I called to have it replaced, to have a credit issued (this took over a month). I have a balance due, am ready to pay it, but I can't find anyone in your company with enough common sense to look at my account from the customer point of view. All I keep hearing is that the computer system won't allow them to make the adjustments necessary to correct my balance due. I don't know why I should pay money I don't owe - I was told I have no choice because your company is essentially holding my possessions hostage, I have to pay whatever PODS says I owe. I would appreciate the opportunity to explain my position to someone who has the intelligence to follow common sense logic, the authority to correct the problem.
