I have waited over 10 weeks for a $20,000 line of credit with excuse after excuse. I have waited over three weeks for a business credit card. I have been a customer for about 14 years, having several accounts, also using a Fifth Third credit card for over $100,000 a year. Your service to me as a customer is horrible.
