Goh sent a message to Marc Caira President and CEO, Tim Hortons Inc. – email address that said:

I have written at least 3 times before to your different Tim Hortons location comment boxes but have not had the courtesy of a reply nor acknowledgement.

I am sitting here at a McDonald's in Oakville, Ontario across the street from Tim Hortons enjoying my "Seniors coffee" and wondering why Tims has never made such a great goodwill gesture to its "seniors" customers.

I have been a devoted coffee fan of Tims for more than 30+ years and, like many others, am now a Senior at 69 years old.

Surely a simple gesture of a discounted cup of coffee will go a long way to reward Tim's long-standing group of loyal customers like me?
