I have written to you earlier mentioning we are a provider for Health Net\'s VA Choice program.
NPI No. 1851671515 Tax ID 59-3693417. For some reason as of November 2017 we are not being paid for our claims that Health Net has requested to resubmit
6 times. In fact, they have processed, denied, rejected, wrote checks and voided them than they as us to refund Health Net for claims we never were paid for.
I am asking your interventio n to talked to our Supervisor of Claims, Charles J. Tharp in California office and Woody Ford, Director of Operations in South Carolina. Each one of them have copies of our claims and they for some reason CANNOT GET THEM APPROVED AND PROCESSED AND PAID TO US We have over 26 claims with 35 Visits for a Veteran, Mr. Elijah Moore, ID 166325526, DOB 06/28/1941. Mr. Tharp and Mr. Ford will no longer respond to our communication. Your Customer Service team members stated that Health Net has a company policy to not return telephone calls to providers. Health net just turned over 3000 veterans in the State of Floriida back to the VA System in Gainesville, Florida as they could not find providers. They could not find providers as Health Net is not paying for their authorizaed claims such as ours. Again I am Fred Hunter, President of A Touch of Healing, Healtcare and Lymphedema Clinic.We are authorized by the VA System and have an authorization from the VA Choice Program to treat Veterans with severe to chronic lymphedeme. Can you help us help serve our Veterans and more importantly request Mr. Tharp and Mr. Ford to PAY FOR OUR MANY OUTSTANDING CLAIMS.
