I hope there can be some humanity in your company when chasing customers for payment. A Siti Munirah from Miliken and Craig has been badgering me for payment for a terminated Singtel line of mine. She is very rude and keep threatening me to take legal action. I agree that my line was terminated due to non payment and o am liable for the costs incurred. But as discussed with her and Singtel, recently I had a major accident and my face was semi disfigured. I am just going back to work and trying to stand on my feet. Yet there is no humanity or compassion from your end. As a CEO, a person that everyone respects and looks up to, I hope something reasonable can be done on your end. Thanks
