I hope this email reaches the right person. I purchased a truck from Penske and it took me three weeks to take possession because of Penske employees not doing their job with maintenance. I have my truck parked. Why....because I have not received my title from Penske. The company keeps giving me the run around claiming they don't know where to send the paperwork. I have reached my limit and something needs to be done. I have not made ANY money since purchasing this truck from Penske and I have a truck note coming due. This has not been a pleasant experience.
